WWE continued to build towards the upcoming Royal Rumble PPV. The challengers for the Raw and SmackDown Women’s Titles were determined in emphatic fashion. What questions hover around the ring though?

The first WWE Raw of 2019 started in grand fashion with an all-out brawl between Seth Rollins and Bobby Lashley. It then extended into John Cena’s return segment and finally in the main event too.

Rollins looked well on his way to recapturing the Intercontinental Championship before Lashley interfered, costing him the match. The future, though uncertain, looks promising for the Architect now.

Monday night also featured the debut edition of ‘A Moment of Bliss’, a talk show by Alexa Bliss, which was saved by Sasha Banks’ mic work alone. Soon, the Boss would punch her ticket for an encounter with Ronda Rousey for the Raw Women’s Championship at the Royal Rumble.

SmackDown Live produced another strong show with a balanced performance from faces and heels alike, layered storylines, and crisp in-ring action. Also on Tuesday, three former Women’s Champions faced off in a brutal triple threat match to determine who will challenge Asuka at when WWE returns to pay-per-view.

Becky Lynch emerged victorious and has punched her ticket to the Royal Rumble. However, the development raises questions about her road to WrestleMania. The hottest act in the WWE should be doing something big at the Grandest Stage of Them All, but what exactly will she be doing is the big question.
