We are on the Road to WrestleMania and Daniel Bryan is currently without an opponent set in stone for WWE WrestleMania 35. Although, we do have an idea as far as who some potential opponents could be that could challenge The Planet’s Champion for his WWE Championship at ‘Mania.

We have just under two months to go before WWE WrestleMania 35 airs live on the WWE Network. So far, we already have two big World Title matches booked for the big show. Universal Champion Brock Lesnar will be defending his title against Seth Rollins while Brock’s UFC counterpart Ronda Rousey will defend her Raw Women’s Championship against The Man Becky Lynch.

Meanwhile, WWE Champion Daniel Bryan is still without a match to defend his title at The Show of Shows.

Mind you, we still have Elimination Chamber to look forward to. In a week’s time, we will be seeing the hemp championship wielder defend his title against five other competitors inside the demonic steel structure. In all honesty, we should be taking this road to WrestleMania on a day by day basis – pay-per-view by pay-per-view one day at a time – but if we had to make a safe bet, it would be that Daniel Bryan walks out of the Chamber still holding his hemp engraved championship high above his head.

If Bryan does retain his title at both Elimination Chamber and at Fastlane the month afterwards, then Bryan is heading full steam ahead into the big show as the WWE Champion. If that is the case, we have to wonder who he possibly could be facing at WrestleMania once he gets there. Especially when there is SO much talent to choose from.

WWE SmackDown Live is dubbed to be the land of opportunity for a reason. The brand’s roster is chock full of superstars who Bryan has yet to face and have yet to challenge for the WWE Championship. In that lies a whole mountain of potential when it comes to possible opponents. Here are some people that we think have a good shot at challenging Daniel Bryan for his WWE Championship on the Grandest Stage of Them All (or at least who we’d pick to face him if we were booking the show).
