The Undertaker defeated John Cena at WrestleMania 34 after being “retired” by Roman Reigns at WWE WrestleMania 33, and while he doesn’t have a match scheduled for ‘Mania 35, he will reportedly be in town for the weekend’s festivities.

With Becky Lynch vs. Charlotte Flair vs. Ronda Rousey set to main event with two titles on the line, Seth Rollins vs. Brock Lesnar, Triple H vs. Batista, the new Women’s Tag Titles, and Kofi Kingston vs. Daniel Bryan also on the show, it’s safe to say WWE WrestleMania 35 is absolutely stacked this year.

So stacked, in fact, that some big names in John Cena, Kevin Owens, and The Undertaker won’t be featured on the ‘Mania card. ‘Taker and Cena, of course, faced off last year, and despite rumors that Cena might take on Kurt Angle in the latter’s “Farewell” match, the 16-time champion hasn’t been advertised for anything this year.

In another rarity, WrestleMania‘s greatest competitor, The Undertaker, hasn’t been announced, and he’s been branching out making appearances with promotions or entities not affiliated with WWE.

That said, PWInsider.com’s Mike Johnson reports that The Undertaker will be in New Jersey this weekend with WrestleMania set to take place on Sunday, April 7, at MetLife Stadium in East Rutherford, New Jersey.

Taker doesn’t have a match and isn’t expected to have a match at the show, but a surprise appearance in another capacity cannot be ruled out. The legendary “Dead Man” has been popping up at all sorts of places – and will appear at Starrcade II in May around All Elite Wrestling’s Double or Nothing show – and WrestleMania is the least surprising place for an Undertaker sighting.

Hopefully Taker is in good spirits, and hopefully he’s able to take in all the awesomeness that is WrestleMania weekend. He’s done so much for WWE and for wrestling fans, and I’m sure most wrestling fans are cool with The Undertaker doing as he pleases.
