Men’s Money in the Bank Ladder Match: Finn Balor vs. Samoa Joe vs. Kevin Owens vs. Drew McIntyre vs. AJ Styles vs. Daniel Bryan vs. Aleister Black vs. Ricochet

The match Money in the Bank is named for is one we can definitely expect at the show. If we follow the format of last year’s event, there will be one men’s Money in the Bank Ladder Match featuring four superstars from each brand. On the side of WWE Raw, I’m predicting Intercontinental Champion Finn Balor and Drew McIntyre to represent the brand. We’ve also got Aleister Black and Ricochet without an official brand yet, but if assigned to WWE Raw they would be perfect additions to this matchup.

On the SmackDown Live side of things, we’ve got former WWE Champion Daniel Bryan who will be looking to get himself back to the championship he lost at WrestleMania 35. AJ Styles is fresh off a big win over Randy Orton at WrestleMania 35, and will carry that momentum into this match. United States Champion Samoa Joe looked unstoppable as he toppled Mysterio, which he could look to segue into holding both the US Title and WWE Title at the same time. Finally there’s Kevin Owens, who recently returned and will be primed to put himself back in the conversation to becoming a future champion.

Women’s Money in the Bank Ladder Match: Nikki Cross vs. Carmella vs. Naomi vs. Asuka vs. Dana Brooke vs. Sonya Deville vs. Ruby Riott vs. Ember Moon

On the women’s side of things, we’ve got a lot of hungry competitors who were unjustly left out of the spotlight on the main card of WrestleMania 35. If the title picture is still centered on Lynch, Rousey, and Flair as I’ve predicted, we’ll see many of these women looking to earn the Money in the Bank contract to insert themselves into that picture at the opportune moment.

Following the four from each brand format, I’m expecting Carmella, Naomi, Asuka, and Sonya Deville to be the likely representatives for SmackDown Live. On the WWE Raw side of things, Ruby Riott is a dark horse who certainly fits this kind of match. We’ve also got Ember Moon who returned in the WrestleMania Women’s Battle Royal, Dana Brooke who is seeing a surge as of late, and Nikki Cross who could be assigned to the WWE Raw brand and would be a great bit of chaos for a match like this.
