Becky Lynch vs. Ronda Rousey

Becky Lynch and Ronda Rousey have unfinished business after the latter’s shoulders appeared to be off the mat when she took the pin in the main event of WrestleMania 35. Rousey’s status after this year’s WrestleMania is unclear, so it’s hard to project how far out a rematch between both superstars would take place. But it’s safe to say that Becky vs. Ronda is a real possibility as the main event of WWE WrestleMania 36, assuming the promotion is willing to wait a year to build to a rematch between these two.

There is no shortage of animosity between Becky and Ronda, who have added another layer to their rivalry by making fans wonder if they “shoot” hate each other. Lynch and Rousey are the antithesis of each other, with Becky being the pro wrestler who worked for years and years to get to this spot, whereas Rousey conquered MMA as a trailblazer before becoming an immediate success in WWE last year.

We’ve yet to see a singles match between Rousey and Lynch, as Nia Jax’s powerful fist is to thank for the eventual Triple Threat at WrestleMania 35. But fans were excited to see these two square off at Survivor Series 2018, and a one-on-one championship match between them would likely bring some closure to wrestling’s most mainstream rivalry.

Rousey vs. Lynch is definitely WrestleMania worthy, and it’s hard to think of a match that would capture the world’s attention more than this one.
