Roman Reigns vs. Seth Rollins

Now that Seth Rollins is Universal Champion and Roman Reigns is coming off of an easy win over Drew McIntyre, a main event player in his own right, at WrestleMania 35, these two Shield brothers seem destined to have a big title match at some point. How soon that occurs remains unclear, but Reigns vs. Rollins would be able to main event any Pay Per View, including a WrestleMania.

In fact, Reigns has said that he’d like to face Rollins in the main event of WWE WrestleMania 36, and that sounds like a tremendous Universal Title match.

It seems like Rollins always has Reigns’ number with the spotlight on him, going back to Rollins’ Money in the Bank win over Reigns in 2016 and his Gauntlet Match victory last year. These two superstars have incredible chemistry with each other, and it seems like a guarantee we’ll have a title match between these two, even if Reigns makes a surprising move to SmackDown Live at the Superstar Shakeup.

The only question is, who wins? It seems like it’d be a great opportunity for Reigns to get a win back on Rollins in a high-stakes title match, especially since Reigns never lost the Universal Championship. There wouldn’t need to be a heel turn here either; WWE could just make this a match between two elite competitors who know each other perfectly.
