Luke Gallows & Karl Anderson from Raw to SmackDown Live

Luke Gallows and Karl Anderson haven’t exactly been maximized as a team since coming to WWE in April of 2016. They did carry the Raw Tag Team Titles into WrestleMania 33, but lost the match and the titles to The Hardy Boyz. In the two years since then, Gallows and Anderson haven’t exactly made much of an impact.

When they were moved to SmackDown Live as part of the WWE Superstar Shake-Up, there were hopes of a reunion with AJ Styles, but those hopes never materialized. With the exception of one title shot a month after they arrived on SmackDown, Gallows and Anderson have been a non-factor on the brand and faded into the background.

Grade: F, While Gallows and Anderson had already been on a downturn, their move to SmackDown Live certainly didn’t help things. Now with rumors of their eventual departure, it looks like this won’t be changing at all.

Cesaro & Sheamus from Raw to SmackDown Live

This tag team with unlikely beginnings became one of the most dominant duos on WWE Raw, defeating The New Day and ending their record-setting championship reign. During their two-year tenure on Raw, they went on to become 4-time Raw Tag Team Champions.

When Cesaro and Sheamus, now dubbed The Bar, moved to SmackDown Live, they remained a foundational team in SmackDown tag team division. They defeated The New Day once again, this time capturing the SmackDown Tag Team Titles, in October of last year and held onto the titles until the Royal Rumble.

Grade: A, Despite their most recent oddities as New Day-hating minions of Mr. McMahon, it was a pretty good year for The Bar that saw them frequently in the hunt for tag team gold, even if they only held that gold one time.
