Roman Reigns

Save for extreme dream acquisitions that are never happening, the best realistic option we can hope for is Roman Reigns. Though Monday Night Raw has been Reigns’ yard, there’s little reason for him to stay on the Red Brand with The Shield likely coming to an end, thanks to Dean Ambrose’s apparent decision to walk away from the company after understandable frustration.

It’s also best if Reigns and Seth Rollins part ways, as saddening as that is, because we don’t need to see that friction over the Universal Championship. The two can have a big match for the title at, say, WrestleMania 36 in Tampa, but that can be done during WrestleMania season – you know, around when the Royal Rumble starts.

Reigns could do so well on SmackDown, and the “Land of Opportunity” could give The Big Dog a chance to be more laid-back as a character without having to carry the men’s main event scene on WWE’s flagship show. He’d also be capable of cross-promoting for FOX, and he’d be far more effective at it than Brock due to his charisma.

Also, the dream matches would be aplenty. WWE fans have been wanting to see Reigns vs. The New Daniel Bryan, whose heel work would mesh quite nicely with Reigns.
