WWE Raw 5 predictions: AJ Styles ruins Rey Mysterio’s return

There will be many intriguing segments and matches on tonight’s episode of WWE Raw.

In particular, AJ Styles’ heel turn, Braun Strowman and Bobby Lashley’s destructive collisions, and Seth Rollins and Becky Lynch’s power couple dramas have pervaded the landscape of WWE Monday nights.

Now that we are on the go-home show to Extreme Rules, there are some last-minute booking decisions that need to be made in preparation for this Sunday.

On tonight’s episode of Raw, there are two scheduled tag team matches: (1) Roman Reigns and ???? vs. Shane McMahon and Drew McIntyre, and (2) Seth Rollins and Becky Lynch vs. Andrade and Zelina Vega.

Shane booked his tag match and will choose the mystery tag partner for Reigns. Andrade and Zelina Vega challenged Rollins and Lynch last week on SmackDown in a segment backstage, and this matchup was booked after Rollins and Lynch accepted the challenge.

Also, Rey Mysterio is scheduled to return to in-ring action after relinquishing the United States Championship due to a shoulder injury.

He is most likely looking forward to get back into the United States Championship picture, but AJ Styles, who has been very busy with United States Champion Ricochet in the past few weeks, could be a hindrance for Mysterio’s perceived aspiration.

Meanwhile, there are other feuds on Raw that are worth being on the Extreme Rules Card this Sunday: (1) Usos-Revival, and (2) Braun Strowman-Bobby Lashley.

The Usos and The Revival are most likely going to battle for the Raw Tag Team Championships at, or before, Extreme Rules.

Strowman and Lashley are certainly not finished with each other just yet and seem to be willing to do whatever it takes to tear each other apart.

With that being said, let’s make five key predictions about what could happen on tonight’s WWE Raw.
