For the first time in WWE 2K history, two people will occupy the cover of WWE 2K20. Those people are none other than Becky Lynch and Roman Reigns.

Typically, with all of 2K’s video games, only one athlete occupies the front cover spot. For WWE 2K20, the folks at 2K decided to shake things up a bit. We were supposed to get the big reveal for who the cover star would be tomorrow night on Monday Night Raw, but thanks to a leaked trailer, we now know who the cover star will be. In fact, will get not one, but two cover stars in Becky Lynch and Roman Reigns.

While many fans and critics – including us – have long expected and/or wanted The Man to be the cover star, seeing Roman Reigns right beside her is a bit of a curveball, although not too much of a surprise. In theory, it makes sense to not only put the Raw Women’s Champion – arguably the biggest, most popular star on the red brand – on the cover with The Big Dog, who, in theory, is the biggest star on SmackDown Live as the proverbial poster boy of WWE as a whole.

In that sense, the cover actually works as a throwback to the days of WWE’s SmackDown vs. Raw video game series, which featured a similar formula and multiple stars on every cover. Even then, before any of the Becky stans out there can pitch a fit, The Man is actually featured front and center on the cover while Roman stands with his back to us from behind her. Essentially, Becky Lynch still gets top billing while maintaining a co-starring cover with the former WWE Champion.

Speaking of co-stars, the leaked trailer features a bevy of familiar faces from WWE’s past, present, and future; including Stone Cold Steve Austin, Braun Strowman, and even Velveteen Dream. The cinematic, almost Bond-esque trailer can be viewed at this link and also features new footage from the game.
