Hirooki Goto (10 points) (CHAOS) vs. Shingo Takagi (6 points) (Los Ingobernables de Japon)

Shingo and Goto started the match brawling, trying to show who the better man is. Both of these guys have been near the top of the Japanese wrestling scene for a long time now, with Shingo being in Dragon Gate. Goto is in ridiculous shape now and seems determined to show that he’s a lot more than just a second-tier guy.

Shingo managed to get the advantage early with some hard strikes but showed some cockiness as he kicked Goto lightly in the head, and Goto responded with a massive lariat that sent Shingo to the floor. Shingo tried to take him out in the corner, but Goto dodged, put Shingo on the top rope, and hit a neckbreaker, driving him to the mat.

Goto nailed Shingo with some hard clotheslines and both men started exchanging chops and forearms again. Goto blocked a lariat, but Shino hit a snap backdrop suplex. Shingo hit a series of big moves, then a massive clothesline. Shingo ended up trying a few moves, but Goto managed to hit a vertical suplex. Goto hit a back suplex, and Shingo kicked out.

Goto locked on a sleeper hold, but Shingo drove him backwards into the turnbuckle. Shingo rolled Goto forward out of it, but Goto locked it on again. Shingo picked up Goto and threw himself backwards to drive Goto into the mat. Shino hit the Noshigami, but Goto kicked out. Shingo hit a lariat, but Goto hit the ushigoroshi and went for the GTR, but Shingo countered!

After a series of finisher attempts, Shingo managed to hit Made in Japan! Goto somehow kicked out! Shingo hit two Pumping Bombers, but Goto kicked out again! Shingo went for Last of the Dragon, but Goto countered and went for the GTR! Shingo countered and started laying in left and right elbows, but Goto hit a headbutt!

Goto hit he front GTR and picked Shingo back up before going for a PK, but Shingo killed him with a Pumping Bomber! Both men are down! Shingo went for the Pumping Bomber and completely crushed Goto, but Goto somehow kicked out! Shingo picked him up and hit Last of the Dragon for the pinfall victory!
