WWE NXT is moving to the USA Network as excitement and apprehension rise. As speculation mounts, these five stars are poised to benefit greatly from the increased exposure.

The professional wrestling world is heating up as WWE and AEW prepare to go head to head this fall. AEW’s weekly show is set to go head to head with NXT as the WWE has made the move to push that show to Wednesdays on USA at the same time.

For professional wrestlers and wrestling fans, this is a great time because we get to enjoy two major promotions putting their best content forward and wrestlers are now capable to being in demand in more than one place. This is a time that’s different than the Monday Night Wars of decades ago, but everyone involved should be excited about what is to come.

The move to USA is going to create an opportunity for more men and women on the NXT roster to get television time. We already know that roster is packed with talent but the current structure of one-hour, weekly shows has made it hard for everyone to get consistent time. This is an issue that’s prevalent across all of WWE’s shows, but NXT stands to gain by featuring more of the talent that doesn’t have the same opportunity to get television time as others.

The hope is that stars from Raw or SmackDown do not jump back and forth to NXT to take up more time, but that’s expected – at least early on. When the dust settles and the new show gets into a groove, these are five names that stand to benefit the most from this move to the USA network.
