WWE Hell In A Cell 2019: Final Match Card Predictions
By Mark Justice
WWE Hell In A Cell 2019 will take place on Oct. 6 at 7 p.m. ET/4 p.m. PT live on the WWE Network with the kickoff show beginning at 6 p.m. ET/3 p.m. PT. Here are the final match card predictions for one of the most hellacious PPVs of the year.
From WWE Raw, there are only two officially scheduled matches: (1) Seth Rollins (c) vs. Bray Wyatt for the Universal Championship, and (2) Becky Lynch (c) vs. Sasha Banks for the Raw Women’s Championship.
From WWE SmackDown, there are only two officially scheduled matches: (1) Bayley (c) vs. Charlotte Flair for the SmackDown Women’s Championship, and (2) Roman Reigns and Daniel Bryan vs. Luke Harper and Erick Rowan.
With only four matches officially announced for the entire PPV card, the WWE Universe could be in for a surprise treat. It’s now time to predict the Hell in a Cell 2019 card, starting with the only non-title match on the card: Roman Reigns and Daniel Bryan vs. Erick Rowan and Luke Harper.
Roman Reigns and Daniel Bryan vs. Erick Rowan and Luke Harper [Tag Match]
Murder. Mendacity. Match. These three words sum up this rivalry in a nutshell. Erick Rowan and Luke Harper allegedly attempted to murder Roman Reigns with a forkilift and a car on two separate occasions.
When Erick Rowan was interrogated by his former friend and tag team partner, Daniel Bryan, he lied about doing what he did. As the WWE Universe knows, Daniel Bryan hates liars.
Due to recent association with Rowan, Bryan decided to side with Roman in this match to clear his good name. In doing so, he is thereby assisting Roman in attaining justice for the heinous attacks he was subjected to in the past few months.
Arguments can be made that Harper and Rowan must win this match since they just reunited and Harper just returned to in-ring competition. However, Rowan defeated Roman Reigns with assistance from Luke Harper at Clash of Champions 2019.
With 50:50 booking being a common theme in the WWE, Reigns and Bryan are bound to pick up the victory in this bout. While Roman must obtain redemption, Bryan just became a full fledged babyface and must prove to Roman as well as the WWE Universe that he is the man of gravitas that he says he is.
Many think Bryan is still the mastermind behind this, but imagine if Bryan ‘lied’ about having nothing to do with the heinous actions perpetrated against Roman? Wouldn’t that mean that he hates himself? Far from it.
Although attempted murder of any individual could be used as a means of population control to solve the overpopulation problem today, it is far beyond Bryan’s character to go that far in saving the environment. Hell in a Cell is the perfect PPV for this feud to end and justice can feasibly be served with a solid babyface victory by Reigns and Bryan.
Prediction: Roman Reigns and Daniel Bryan
