Becky Lynch, Charlotte Flair, Bayley and Sasha Banks vs. Ronda Rousey, Jessamyn Duke, Marina Shafir and Shayna Baszler

WWE Four Horsewomen vs. MMA Four Horsewomen has been something that WWE has teased ever since a brief confrontation during the inaugural Mae Young Classic tournament in 2017, where Shayna Baszler made her in-ring debut for WWE. This confrontation took place before Ronda Rousey ever signed a contract with WWE and before Marina Shafir or Jessamyn Duke even began wrestling training.

WWE revisited the concept of this feud during Rousey’s feuds with Bayley, Charlotte Flair, Becky Lynch and especially Sasha Banks. It was during this Banks feud that Rousey said she didn’t like Banks saying “Four Horsewomen,” yet alone doing the hand signal.

I don’t think it’s a coincidence that Baszler attacked Bayley of all people, even if both women happen to be the top champions of their respective brands. Now that all eight women are under the same roof, I think it is now more than ever that we are nearing the materialization of this dream match.

Of course, Ronda Rousey still needs to return from her “impregnation vacation,” but Triple H did say last month at a press conference that she was coming back, with Busted Open Radio’s Ryan McKinnell speculating that meant sooner rather than later. Now might be the right time for a comeback.
