Sami Zayn is in the middle of the ring with Shinsuke Nakamura and a mysterious bag.
Zayn goads Corbin for not coming out because he’s afraid of himself and Nakamura. He says he’s not annoying … he’s a “stud.” And Nakamura-san is an even bigger stud. He said the champ is such a stud that he’s gifted Naka with something. He opens his bag to reveal a brand new Intercontinental Champion belt design (which I really like, it’s different, looks like something you’d see in Progress Wrestling or something).
Zayn says that with his new belt design, he is guaranteed to beat both AJ Styles and Roderick Strong in Sunday’s Champion vs. Champion vs. Champion match. Zayn says that the NXT North American Champion is so irrelevant that they’re both “drawing a blank” on his name. Cue Undisputed Era’s theme music.
The whole gold wielding crew make their way down the ramp. A staredown ensues, Naka looks like he’s itching for a fight, but Zayn convinces the IC Champ to retreat up the ramp due to the numbers game.
Adam Cole takes the mic to introduce himself and Roderick Strong. They say that after they win their TakeOver: War Games match this Saturday, they are going to wipe the floor with both Raw and SmackDown this Sunday at Survivor Series. “And that, boys and girls, is Undisputed.”
New Day hit the ring, walking passed Naka and Zayn to address how Undisputed Era attacked them last week. Kofi has the mic to say that Undisputed left so fast after attacking them, they never had the chance to get acquainted. But since the gang’s all here, they can settle their beef right now for a match. Roderick is eager to push the four on two advantage, but Big E points out that they will take on Undisputed with Heavy Machinery by their side.

Heavy Machinery and New Day vs. Undisputed Era
Roderick Strong starts things off with Big E. E goes for a lock up, but Strong favors the ropes. Ref breaks it up. E and Strong teases a test of strength, but Strong’s partners distract Big E by teasing an interference, allowing Strong to get the jump on E. He tags Kyle O’Reilly in before kicking E while he’s sat down in UE’s corner.
Kyle O’Reilly tags Bobby Fish. They send E to the ropes, but Big E clotheslines KOR. Fish ducks it, but gets belly to belly suplexed. E tags Kofi before hitting a splash onto Fish on the apron. Strong runs down to help, but E shoulder blocks him. Kofi kicks KOR in the chest. Fish tags Cole, but Kofi springboard double axe handles him into the corner. Kofi runs at Cole, but Cole kicks him into the gut before tagging Strong. Kofi doesn’t see the tag before superkicking Cole, allowing Roddy to hit a big backbreaker over Kofi. Tag to O’Reilly as both men hit Kofi with a series of chops and kicks. Tag to Fish for a double suplex, then a pin for a quick kickout.
Fish follwos up with a springboard senton, but another quick kickout by Kofi. Tag to Cole, who forearms and kicks the former WWE Champion in the corner. Then a neckbreaker to Kofi. Strong tags Cole. Roddy isolates Kofi in his corner before locking in a Gory Special submission hold. Crowd cheers Kofi on before he knees Strong into the face for a two count, but Strong recovers with a basement dropkick.
Tag to KOR, who knees Kofi and pounds into his back. Sliding knee to the face. He locks in an Achilles Hold before tagging in Strong, who stomps Kofi while he’s locked in. KOR gets back on the apron as Strong locks in a headlock on Kofi. Kofi finally retreats to the corner where he kicks Strong in the face.
He goes to the top, but knees Kofi to set up a superplex, but Kofi pushes him away. KOR tries to cause a distraction, but gets confronted by Tucker. Roddy pushes Kofi off the top and onto to Tucker. Angry, Otis pulls Kofi off of his buddy. Big E gets in Otis’ face about it and the two have a shoving match. Tucker tries to break it up, sending us into a commercial break.
Fish has a sleeper hold on Kofi. Kofi tries to make a tag to his corner, but Fish cuts him off and punches E off the apron. Kofi takes an opportunity to hit a middle rope dropkick, then tags Otis just as Fish makes a tag of his own. Otis runs in and drops every man in sight.
Series of kicks and slaps to Otis, but it just fires Otis up even more. He headbutts KOR. KOR runs off the ropes, but Otis catches him with an exploder suplex. Adam Cole is prone on the ground and teases a Catepillar, but KOR makes the save. Otis sends KOR into a Scrapbuster by Tucker for a near fall. KOR tags Roddy, but Tucker just slams him all over the ring, then splashes him in the corner. He lifts Roddy up for a side slam, but gets a two count.
Tucker goes to the top rope and nails a moonsault! He pins Strong, but Cole breaks it up. Big E runs in after Cole and belly to bellys him. KOR and Fish double team E, but he sends them both out the ring. E then sets up an assisted
Fish and KOR hits Total Elimination on E. Kofi tries to make the save, but gets taken out by them himself. Back in the ring, Otis slams KOR to the ring and finally hits The Caterpillar. Series of kicks by Fish to neutralize Tucker. High knee to Otis by Strong, who pins Otis for the win.
Strong meets Nakamura up at the ramp for a staredown, but Styles dives onto both men from literally out of nowhere (seriously, where did he come from?). He has Naka in a headlock, but Zayn takes out both Styles and Strong with a chair. Naka and Strong retreat to the back just as the rest of Undisputed make their way up the ramp to save their comrade.
Winners: Undisputed Era
Grade: B
Fun stuff.
AJ Styles (this time joined by Karl Anderson and Luke Gallows) grabs the mic asking if the crowd enjoyed him getting attacked. They cheer, and Styles says he’s the best thing in Chicago. He says he’s sticking around to let them know who the motherlovers they’re messing with. “CM Punk” chant. Because of course. Styles says he’d mop the floor with Punk.
He tells Strong to enjoy his 15 seconds of fame and Naka’s mouthpiece is going to get what’s coming to him. He says they’re great on NXT and SmackDown, but Styles is phenomenal and the best thing Raw has to offer.
Daniel Bryan zips right passed The OC to hit the ring.
