1. Kevin Owens

Kevin Owens has to be considered one of the biggest winners in WWE coming out of Survivor Series weekend.

Although he came up short for Team Raw at the show itself, his surprise return to NXT at WarGames was one of the biggest moments of the entire weekend of action.

If WWE wanted to, they could easily carry that momentum for Kevin Owens straight into a WWE Championship match against Brock Lesnar.

I’ve already outlined why Owens could be a potential dark horse contender in the Royal Rumble due in part to the untapped potential a feud with Lesnar represents, but it seems to me that it would almost be prudent for WWE to jump straight into that feud in January.

Owens has an ideal anti-establishment character to clash with the favoritism that WWE likes to portray Lesnar as receiving, plus he’s arguably the Raw face with the biggest push right now with Seth Rollins currently on a bit of a losing streak.

That makes Owens one of the easiest stars to position as an opponent for Lesnar, meaning we might not even have to wait until WrestleMania to see if the power of Owens’ stunner can match the devastating force of Lesnar’s F-5.

No matter if it’s KO, RKO, or even Ricochet though, the point is that there are plenty of superstars on Raw that could make for an exciting opponent for Brock Lesnar following his victory at Survivor Series. The success of those feuds just varies depending on how much work WWE is willing to put in to build those challengers to be credible threats to “The Beast Incarnate”.
