WWE even made mugshots for Bobby Lashley and Lana (Photo)

On the Dec. 2 episode of Raw, Bobby Lashley and Lana were arrested in Nashville, and, as you’d expect, WWE is having some fun with this one.

It still doesn’t sit right with me that Bobby Lashley got arrested on last night’s episode of WWE Raw for doing nothing. I mean, the guy was rightfully mad at the bodyguards/police (I can never tell anymore) for not doing their job – but, I mean, it’s WWE what did he expect – so he gave them some stern words. Sounds appropriate to me.

But WWE decided they’d have Lashley arrested in Nashville for no reason. So Lana decided to step up and play the hero as the ally in the room, but she, um, didn’t exactly de-escalate the situation. She slapped one of the officers as a reflex, probably thinking he was just another indy wrestler or something. Needless to say, Lana got sent to jail, too.

WWE love to go “all in” with these storylines, and it’s funny how they throw in a little something extra to pop us good folks at home.

Naturally, they had mugshots made for Lashley and Lana. Check them out below.

Those mugshots are right there in the David Bowie and Frank Sinatra tier of photogenic celebrity mugshots. The word “smoldering” comes to mind.

Also, let’s appreciate how well Lana sells this as a mugshot photo with those dead eyes and the hair attempting to cover her face. Meanwhile, Lashley’s face basically says, “Are we REALLY doing this?”

Lashley, Lana, and Rusev have been doing their best to make this storyline into something the fans can buy into, and there’s a chance Rusev comes out of it looking like a top-notch babyface again. As for Lashley, that rivalry with Brock Lesnar can’t happen soon enough.
