Shinsuke Nakamura (c) and Sami Zayn vs. Braun Strowman [Intercontinental Championship]

Assuming Shinsuke Nakamura retains the Intercontinental Championships against Braun Strowman at WWE TLC 2019 via disqualification, Strowman should get a rematch for the championship at this PPV. However, there is a plot twist, in which Strowman must now defeat both Sami Zayn and Nakamura in a handicap match to win the championship.

Since Nakamura and Zayn defended the championship against The Miz at WWE Starrcade 2019, this situation seems plausible and more appropriate for the Monster Among Men. With the odds stacked against Strowman, it will make the him look indomitable once he wins the championship. In this bout, the best case scenario is for Strowman to pin Sami Zayn to win the championship.

While keeping Nakamura looking strong in defeat and having a legitimate reason for a rematch at the next PPV, this would also be Strowman’s grand opportunity to win his first singles championship in the WWE. It’s only a matter of time until the Monster Among Men reigns supreme and assures that everyone in the locker room ‘gets these hands.’

Booking: Braun Strowman Becomes The New IC Champion

Rey Mysterio (c) vs. Andrade (w/Zelina Vega) [United States Championship]

Assuming Rey Mysterio retains the United States Championship against AJ Styles and Randy Orton at WWE TLC 2019, his next challenger should be Andrade. Andrade has been stuck defeating jobbers on a weekly basis and has had enough history and show-stealing matches with Mysterio to warrant a fun-filled championship rivalry with him at WWE Royal Rumble 2020.

It has been long overdue for Andrade to win a championship in the WWE. Like Braun Strowman, this title match would be a great opportunity for Andrade to win his first main roster singles title, especially with some nefarious assistance from Zelina Vega at ringside.

In a passing of the torch moment, Andrade should become United States Champion with Zelina Vega as his mouthpiece and further show why he is the future of the WWE.
