The easy reaction is to say that Taynara Conti has not achieved much success in NXT, so why should she be featured on Monday Night RAW? She has not achieved much in NXT, but if done correctly, that can be used to her benefit.
The Women’s Royal Rumble is right around the corner. It is fair to expect that NXT will be represented in the Women’s Royal Rumble.
There will be a good amount of mystery behind Conti appearing in the Royal Rumble. If she enters the match and eliminates one prominent RAW women’s wrestler, then Conti will have a reason to show up the next night.
Natalya would be an excellent first opponent for Conti.
Nattie is one of the most credible women’s wrestlers ever. She knows how to properly structure a match to protect Conti, while enhancing her skills. Conti does not need to win the match, but having her look credible against a wrestler of the caliber of Neidhart is a creative way to introduce her.

Conti could then make her return to NXT with much more equity with fans than she before. Fans would see her as a credible talent, and then it is up to her to validate that skill in the ring.
