At WWE Royal Rumble 2020, Bray Wyatt will defend the Universal Championship against “The American Dragon”, Daniel Bryan. Here are three reasons why The Fiend must prevail at the first Pay Per View on the Road to WrestleMania 36.

The Fiend and Daniel Bryan will square off for their second Universal Title match at WWE Royal Rumble 2020 after Bryan won a Triple Threat No. 1 Contender’s match over The Miz and King Corbin in December.

Although Bryan is the fan favorite, Bray Wyatt has plenty of fan support and is the favorite to win this title match. As The Fiend, Wyatt has become one of WWE’s best merchandise sellers, catching on fire with his famous “Firefly Funhouse” segments this summer.

Wyatt won the Universal Title off Seth Rollins in Saudi Arabia on Halloween and has been champion since. But he’s yet to have a marquee match or moment as champion, so fans will be hoping for a barnburner against Bryan, who is one of the greatest wrestlers of all-time.

Here are three reasons why Wyatt needs to have his hand raised as the victor after a strong showing – or at least find some other method of retaining the championship – at the Royal Rumble on Jan. 26 at Houston’s Minute Maid Park.
