On a night of many happy returns, both The Usos and John Morrison are set for their official comebacks to WWE SmackDown while Sasha Banks faces Lacey Evans.

It’s Friday, Friday, gotta get down on Friday, right folks? No, it’s not 2011 all over again, but tonight, what we will be seeing is the second episode that WWE is airing for Friday Night SmackDown in 2020. The episode will be hailing live from the Ford Center Evansville arena straight from (you guessed it) Evansville, Indiana and is expected to expound on a bevy of events that took place last week.

In case you missed last week’s episode of SmackDown, fret not as that is kind of the point of this whole special SmackDown preview thingy. As such a thingy, this slideshow will recap the events from last week, tell you everything that you need to know, remember and keep in mind going in to tonight’s show, and just for the heck of it, I will offer some predicts for how I think tonight’s segments and matches will go down tonight.

And in tonight’s episode, despite ringing in the new year not too long ago, tonight’s show is adamant not only on showcasing some fresh match-ups and moments, but in many ways, tonight will call back to some key moments from yonder year in WWE. What is old is new again in WWE waters tonight, so let us dip our toes into their waters and peak beneath the ocean to figure out just what is happening tonight.
