Ring of Honor is currently preparing to air its 18th Anniversary Show for a two night extravaganza. Here are some predictions for Night One of ROH’s event.

For 18 years now, ROH has served as a stomping grounds and a starting point for some of the best talents in the industry to have their first breakout opportunities. Seth Rollins, Kevin Owens, Adam Cole, Tommaso Ciampa, Daniel Bryan, CM Punk, Samoa Joe, AJ Styles … the list goes on and on.

Some of the best wrestlers housed under the WWE banner got their first start with Ring of Honor. Even from AEW, folks like Kenny Omega, Christopher Daniels, Jack Evans and Colt Cabana got some of their earliest starts in Ring of Honor. For a lot of us, the first time we saw many of our favorite wrestlers was on ROH TV.

ROH has been tremendous when it comes to scouting new and overlooked wrestlers before they become big stars. That template has been reason enough for why they remain in business 18 years later. They continue to highlight some of the best young wrestlers that the business can offer today and many of those wrestlers will be showcased in Nights One and Two of their 18th Anniversary Show next weekend.

While the second night will serve as more of an ode and reflection to its past history, Night One will do more to push the future of their newer talents. Let’s predict who wins the matches of Night One.
