WWE MITB 2020: Ranking Every Woman’s Chances of Winning
By Mark Justice
WWE Money In The Bank 2020 in the Bank 2020 will take place on May 10 at 7 p.m. ET/4 p.m. PT live on the WWE Network with the kickoff show beginning at 6 p.m. ET/3 p.m. PT.
The PPV will feature six superstars climbing the ‘corporate’ ladder in the WWE Headquarters to retrieve the Money in the Bank Briefcase, which contains a contract that guarantees them a future championship opportunity. The following will provide a ranking on every superstar’s chances of winning the Women’s MITB Ladder Match.
Raw Women’s Champion Becky Lynch does not have a championship match at WWE MITB 2020, but she promised that she will keep a keen eye on the Women’s MITB Ladder Match. Evidently, any of the women who win the MITB Ladder Match could cash in on Lynch, especially the three contestants from the red brand who have a history with Lynch: Shayna Baszler, Nia Jax, and Asuka.
On the other hand, SmackDown Women’s Champion Bayley actually has a championship match against Tamina at WWE MITB 2020. Evidently, any of the women who win the MITB Ladder Match could cash in on Bayley, especially the three contestants from the blue brand who have a history with Bayley: Lacey Evans, Dana Brooke, and Carmella.
Per WWE’s official website, the WWE MITB 2020 Match Card is shaping up pretty nicely thus far:
"Men’s MITB Ladder Match Aleister Black vs. ???? vs. Rey Mysterio vs. Daniel Bryan vs. King Corbin vs. Otis WWE Championship Drew McIntyre (c) vs. Seth Rollins Universal Championship Braun Strowman (c) vs. Bray Wyatt SmackDown Women’s Championship Bayley (c) vs. Tamina Women’s MITB Ladder Match Asuka vs. Shayna Baszler vs. Nia Jax vs. Dana Brooke vs. Lacey Evans vs. Carmella"
As indicated above, there are six official contestants in the Women’s MITB Ladder Match: (1) Asuka, (2) Shayna Baszler, (3) Nia Jax, (4) Dana Brooke, (5) Lacey Evans, and (6) Carmella. It is time to rank their chances of winning the MITB contract, starting with the shocker picks who quite frankly have the lowest chances of winning.
