Drake Maverick needs to win the Interim Cruiserweight Title next week

The former 205 Live General Manager is one of the most talented superstars there is on the roster and he deserves another chance in WWE NXT as a champion.
Drake Maverick or Rockstar Spud, no matter what we call him, the fact remains that the former 205 Live General Manager deserves an opportunity at the title and a job in the WWE. The WWE NXT superstar received the unfortunate news of being released on Apr. 15, and his heartfelt video has since done the rounds on the World Wide Web.
The superstar wanted to work with the company, and he has high regard for the WWE as well, but the big question remains if the former 24/7 Champion will be a part of the roster come next week. His work alongside R-Truth made the 24/7 Championship relevant and entertaining by the week. The superstar could smash his wedding and time with the wife to make the story interesting, and he is also a master of disguises.
He disguised himself as Carmella to take R-Truth’s baby away, and one cannot deny that it was one of the most loved segments in the history of the championship. Drake is ready to do what no one else would be willing to put their effort on as the superstar worked as a manager for Authors of Pain when they debuted on the scene and the main roster.
He is all class and has worked well between the ropes. The fight in him is good enough to give him another opportunity.
Mr. Maverick can make you laugh with his skills and has proven that he’ll go as far as to literally piss in his pants to bring a smile to your face. While this is no laughing matter, let’s not forget that even Vince McMahon has pissed in his pants once, and this was all thanks to Stone Cold Steve Austin. Drake repeated the same and got a good response in the process.
He has been exceptional with his performance between the ropes, which suffices enough to give this great superstar another opportunity at redeeming himself in front of the millions and millions of WWE Universe members.
The fans are not in attendance right now, but when they are, Drake would be an absolute sensation. It would be a great idea to see him help put a superstar over or make the segment/storyline interesting through his championship run.
I hope he does win the Interim Cruiserweight Title next week and secure his job as well as the opportunity to entertain the fans at home.
