WWE NXT Great American Bash full card predictions: Rhea Ripley joins the Robert Stone Brand

After Chelsea Green fired Robert Stone as a manager for … reasons … and moved on to … uh, things (well, she disappeared and we haven’t seen her since kicking Stone to the curb), Stone has been hellbent on trying to recruit Rhea Ripley as his new client, but after months of trying, the manager hasn’t been able to pull it off.

It’s gotten to the point that now, him and his client Aliyah are getting a Handicap Match vs. The Nightmare with the stipulation being if they win, Ripley must join The Robert Stone Brand.

Frankly, Ripley has been in a flux of sorts, story wise, since losing her Women’s Championship at WrestleMania. Losing this match could provide a silver lining for Ripley in that it gives her a fresh, interesting storyline. Not only is her overconfidence humbled, but we see a frustrated client dealing with a manager she can’t stand.

It could offer some interesting character development and maybe a heel turn if Ripley falls into the “if you can’t beat ’em, join ’em” mentality. This also provides Ripley the hard reset she needs to restore her prominence as a true main eventer.
