With WWE approaching the end of June, it is now time to survey and evaluate who shined the brightest throughout Raw, SmackDown, and NXT this month. The following will provide WWE Power Rankings for June 2020.

When power rankings are prepared, certain criteria must be deployed to provide the most impartial, unparalleled, and meticulous evaluation. The criteria used for this evaluation are as follows: (1) Impact, (2) Relevance, and (3) Accomplishment.

For this article’s purposes, IRA does not stand for an individual retirement account. It stands for those aforementioned three criteria. Impact refers to the superstar’s drawing power and influence on the show. Relevance refers to the superstar’s frequent involvement with rivalries on the show. Accomplishment refers to the superstar’s important triumphs or championship victories.

With that being said, it is time to provide WWE Power Rankings for the Raw, SmackDown, and NXT superstars. Before getting to the actual list, it is important to provide some honorable mentions to the superstars who did not make the list.

Honorable Mention (SmackDown): Shorty G

While many would perceive Shorty G’s recent victories over Cesaro and Mojo Rawley as upsets, Shorty G perceives otherwise. Although he has not won any championships in June, he could be next in line for an Intercontinental Championship opportunity if he continues winning matches on a weekly basis and showing that size matters little when compared to talent, skill, and heart. His lack of self-doubt in the face of adversity should also be inspirational to the WWE fanbase as they follow him on his quest to stardom.

Honorable Mention (NXT): Mia Yim

Mia Yim has gained a huge chunk of momentum since she teamed up with NXT North American Champion Keith Lee in her mixed tag team feud against Johnny Gargano and Candice LeRae. Along with a 6-women tag victory at NXT Takeover: In Your House, Yim is also scheduled for an NXT Women’s Championship #1 Contender’s Match on next week’s NXT. Her chances of winning that match are low, but there’s no doubt that her recent momentum and storyline involvement has made her an integral part of the NXT Women’s Division.

Honorable Mention (Raw): Street Profits

Although the Street Profits are the Raw Tag Team Champions, they have been playing Olympic Games and fighting ninjas with the Viking Raiders for the past month and a half, instead of defending their Raw Tag Team Championships. As entertaining as this series may have been, it unfortunately prevented the Raw Tag Team Division from being taken seriously.

Nonetheless, the Street Profits are ideal Raw Tag Team Champions to have in an infinitesimal Raw Tag Team Division. Hopefully, this division will be expanded with tag teams, such as Andrade and Angel Garza, Ricochet and Cedric Alexander, Austin Theory and Buddy Murphy, Rey and Dominick Mysterio, the recently traded RooDolph, and even an NJPW-throwback team of MVP and Shelton Benjamin (i.e. Black Dynamite) who were teased to reunite in the past two weeks of Raw.
