3.) Bronson Reed

Bronson Reed won a triple threat NXT North American Championship qualifying match against Johny Gargano and Roderick Strong on last week’s NXT. This is huge for Reed because it is his first championship opportunity since joining NXT. He is definitely the dark horse, going into this vacant NXT North American Championship Ladder Match.

2.) Dexter Lumis

Dexter Lumis has been picking up victory after victory. Since his alliance with Velveteen Dream has been dropped, it seems that a singles career is in store for him. He is currently scheduled for a triple threat NXT North American Championship qualifying match against Finn Balor and Timothy Thatcher on this week’s NXT, and he could be the next champion.

1.) Keith Lee

Although he was unceremoniously robbed of the NXT North American Championship, Keith Lee is the current NXT Champion and the undisputed face of NXT. His upcoming feud with Karrion Kross should be interesting. While Lee should not be losing the championship so early, Kross should not be losing anytime soon either.

Unfortunately, this could mean that Lee’s NXT Championship reign is in jeopardy. While the silver lining is that Lee would get called up to the main roster after losing the belt, his reign should still not be cut short. When there’s a booking predicament in which neither superstar should lose, the match should not be booked.
