WWE Raw Predictions: Randy Orton Will Form A New Faction

4.) Shayna Baszler vs. Nia Jax [Grudge Match]
On last week’s WWE Raw, Shayna Baszler and Nia Jax’s match resulted in a double count-out. For weeks. Shayna Baszler was asking for a challenge from anyone in the Raw Women’s locker room and that challenge was answered by Nia Jax, who was already frustrated with her missed opportunity at capturing the Raw Women’s Championship from Asuka last month.
On this week’s WWE Raw, Baszler and Jax will have a rematch with no count-outs. To stretch this feud to SummerSlam, this match will end in a double disqualification after both women try to decimate each other with steel chairs, steel steps, and/or kendo sticks. This will set up a No Holds Barred Match between Baszler and Jax at WWE SummerSlam 2020.
At first glance, this feud seemed like a heel vs. heel feud that replaced the feud that Jax was supposed to have against a returning babyface in Charlotte Flair. However, this could also result in Shayna Baszler becoming a rebellious babyface who could use this momentum to target Sasha Banks’ Raw Women’s Championship post-SummerSlam.
Alternatively, Nia Jax could also be using this rivalry as a momentum booster for her match against Charlotte Flair once she returns. The sky is the limit for both superstars in the Raw Women’s Division, and their upcoming slugfest at SummerSlam should be a strong indicator of who is next in line for that Raw Women’s Championship.
