Asuka won’t be losing the Raw Women’s Championship anytime soon, so she’s a lock as a potential #1 draft pick and top babyface in the Raw Women’s Division. A top heel that would counteract Asuka is Bayley, the same woman who Asuka dethroned to become the NXT Women’s Champion and the same woman who Asuka battle in an actual ‘clash of champions’ match at WWE Clash of Champions 2020.

If the WWE Universe is lucky, Bayley could win the Raw Women’s Championship and battle future SmackDown Women’s Champion Sasha Banks in a Winner Takes All Match at WrestleMania or just win the Royal Rumble and challenge Banks for a rematch. Either way, Bayley and Banks’ quest for the main event of WrestleMania will be fruitful. It’s almost a guarantee that they will battle on the grandest stage of them all in April.

Shayna Baszler has been staking her claim for the Raw Women’s Championship ever since she got called up to Raw to be in a feud with Becky Lynch. It’s only a matter of time until she strays away from the tag team division with Nia Jax and solidifies her main event status with singles gold. As mentioned earlier, Nia Jax would be on SmackDown, so there’s hope that Jax and Baszler split up because of the draft in order to pursue their singles careers.

Alexa Bliss and Nikki Cross should continue their story to Raw. Like Bray Wyatt, they need a fresh start. They have challenged way too many times for the SmackDown Women’s Championship. They need to change it up. Lacey Evans has had too many feuds with Sasha Banks, so it would be in her best interests to go to Raw, ignite some fresh rivalries and try her luck at building herself up for her first championship in the WWE.

Assuming Ruby Riott and Liv Morgan dethrone ShayNia for the Women’s Tag Team Championships, they should remain on Raw. Peyton Royce and Zelina Vega are both targeting Asuka for the Raw Women’s Championship, so they should stay on Raw since their title feuds with Asuka are still nascent. Mandy Rose recently got traded to Raw, so it would be nonsensical to trade her back to SmackDown (unless The Miz has something to do with it).

Now that Carmella is doing her own thing as the mystery woman, Dana Brooke might as well move to Raw and have a fresh start. As for Natalya and Lana, there’s not much hope left but Natalya has not won the Raw Women’s Championship yet and has already won the SmackDown Women’s Championship, so moving back to SmackDown won’t do much for the progression of her career. However, like Mickie James would be for SmackDown, she would be the veteran of Raw.
