New WWE Raw addition Dana Brooke is a great tag team wrestler

Mandy Rose was already advertised for WWE Raw as their newest trade acquisition, but the Red Brand added another woman just a week or so before the announced draft.

Dana Brooke teamed up with Rose to take on the heel tag team of Natalya and Lana, who were complaining that Nia Jax and Shayna Baszler should be forced to relinquish the Women’s Tag Titles after being unable to compete at Clash of Champions the night before.

Instead, they, of course, absorbed a loss against Mandy and Dana.

Seeing Rose in a tag match so soon after breaking up from Sonya Deville and defeating Sonya in a huge SummerSlam match is a little strange, but I think it will work out in the end for her. Rose has the backing of WWE, and she’s bound to win the women’s title by the end of 2021.

Brooke deserves some praise, too. Whenever I watch her in the ring, I am always impressed, but especially so in tag team matches. She has the energy and athleticism to carve out a role as a great tag team wrestler. That may not seem like high praise, but look at the stuff Cesaro has been doing for years as a tag team wrestler.

I think Brooke can do something similar to that and really earn more respect from WWE. I don’t know if Mandy is the best tag team partner for her in the long run, but I’d love to see her become a key member of the tag team division.
