Rhea Ripley should be a part of the WWE main roster, says Shotzi Blackheart
Shotzi Blackheart recently spoke to GiveMeSport and outlined a host of aspects including the switch for Rhea Ripley from the Black and Gold brand to the main roster. Blackheart said that she had hoped that Ripley will make the switch this year, but with no entry from the WWE NXT brand switching brands, she felt it will happen at a later date soon. The former NXT Women’s Champion had a dominant run on the brand before she lost the title to Charlotte Flair at this year’s WrestleMania. The change gave the fans a hope that she may switch on the night after The Grandest Stage of them All, but it never became a reality. Rhea Ripley is a locker room leader with members of the roster and the management having high hopes from The Nightmare.
Every match that she is a part of is always a treat to watch, and she is also a part of the Halloween Havoc match card. It would be nice to see how she performs at the show as recent reports emerged that the location of the show, WWE Performance Center, has seen a Coronavirus outbreak.
Rhea Ripley could be a huge star on the WWE main roster
Shotzi Blackheart, who is the host of the show, talked about the show and her tag team partner. She said:
"I think Rhea Ripley [will be called up next]. I don’t know what’s taking so long, honestly! She belongs up there, she’s a superstar. I think very soon she’ll be gone. That makes me sad because she’s one of my favorite tag team partners, but she deserves it!"
It is a clear indication that the lateral switch from Wednesday Nights to Monday or Friday show is imminent, and it is only a matter of time before we see the grand entry from the former NXT UK Women’s Champion. The big question that is on the mind of every fan is if she will make that switch when Charlotte Flair makes her return to the program or we would have to wait a little longer for the entry to take place.
Charlotte Flair is currently nursing an injury, and one would have to see if she returns at the Rumble next year, or a good storyline entices her to return sooner.
