WWE: When will Roman Reigns and Daniel Bryan face off for the title?
By Amit Shukla
Roman Reigns and Daniel Bryan would have a WWE Universal Title match for the ages.
Daniel Bryan was a guest on last week’s episode of Talking Smack and shared his views on the possibility of a match with The Tribal Chief. The Leader of the Yes Movement didn’t state the name of the current WWE Champion, but he did confirm that he is looking for a bigger package. It is clear to the WWE Universe that Jey Uso is the small package that the former WWE Champion is referring to while Roman Reigns is the bigger package.
Paul Heyman joined hands with the reigning champion on the blue brand after The Beast Incarnate Brock Lesnar was not on TV for a considerable amount of time. The Special Counsel to the champion is a major reason behind the success of Reigns’ heel persona. Tables, Ladders, and Chairs show takes place on 20th December, and if Daniel Bryan is involved in a fight with Jey Uso, then we know that Royal Rumble may become the host of this anticipated fight.
Dave Meltzer noted this on F4WOnline.com and confirmed that the match between the two amazing superstars has its plan for TLC, but it can change if the storyline doesn’t seem to culminate at the show in December. The former tag team champion is using his skills to put Jey Uso over, but it may be a possibility that a match between the two would put one half of the Usos Team in a state of conflict. We know that Jey Uso has neither turned into a complete babyface nor is he a heel, and this raises the possibility that he may turn on his Tribal Chief down the line or do something out of the box to raise the stakes of the match that may happen at TLC or in 2021.
No matter who gets to fight Daniel Bryan at TLC, one thing is sure, and that is sheer entertainment for the fans.
