WWE Rumors: An intriguing plan for Charlotte Flair and Andrade

Charlotte Flair’s impending return to WWE Television has wrestling fans excited, and she could help several members of the roster, including Andrade.

Over the years, very few wrestlers in WWE have been positioned as bigger stars than Charlotte Flair, and she’s risen to the challenge each and every time. Charlotte will put on a classic any time she is in a big match, and fans have come to respect her reliability and consistency in the ring and as a character. The criticism she gets is usually more about the creative team than any failings on her part.

We haven’t seen Charlotte wrestle since June, so there is anticipation building for her return to television, where she remains on the Raw brand after the WWE Draft.

According to a report from WrestleVotes, WWE are already thinking of an interesting way to use Charlotte’s star power to help boost real-life partner Andrade by booking them as an on-screen pairing upon their returns from television. Andrade has also been off TV since October due to a minor injury.

In the past, we saw Andrade go from a seldom-used wrestler in NXT to one of the biggest rising stars in the company and an NXT Champion with Zelina Vega as his manager. That all changed this year after their association ended, and now Andrade is in a bit of a tough spot.

Charlotte could give Andrade a major boost while also helping the Raw Women’s Division, which has been neglected by WWE’s creative team over the past several months. WWE really should be doing better by their Women’s Division, but Charlotte’s return would probably give Vince McMahon the incentive he needs to do a better job.

An Andrade and Charlotte on-screen pairing must be booked carefully, but it could pay dividends for both wrestlers. Andrade would benefit the most since he’s not nearly at the level of star power Charlotte is, but the Queen’s legacy could stand to benefit from being in different types of segments and angles on top of her usual work.
