2.) Drew McIntyre (c) vs. AJ Styles [WWE Championship: TLC]

Like Roman Reigns, Drew McIntyre seems like a lock to walk out of TLC and walk into WrestleMania as WWE Champion, especially since he just won back the WWE Championship from Randy Orton and has been booked as if he’s the face of the WWE. However, Drew’s situation is not as clear-cut because there are many factors and caveats to consider in this WWE Championship match, including Omos, Sheamus, and most importantly, Mr. MITB The Miz (w/John Morrison).

Omos, the tall bodyguard at ringside who assists AJ Styles in his match, will try to help Styles win the WWE Championship by helping him climb the ladder. Sheamus, who has been involved in this feud and teamed up with Drew McIntyre in recent weeks, will help McIntyre even up the numbers game by stopping Styles and Omos. Once everyone is down and out, The Miz will cash in during the match by climbing the ladder and grabbing the WWE Championship without pinning anyone.

Bold Prediction: The Miz

1.) Shayna Baszler & Nia Jax (c) vs. Asuka & Charlotte Flair [Women’s Tag Team Championships]

While Drew would lose his WWE Championship without looking weak in defeat, Shayna Baszler and Nia Jax will not have that luxury because this is a regular tag match that must be decided by pinfall or submission. Since Lana was Samoan Dropped by Nia Jax into the announce table for ten weeks staight, a tag team tables match would have been sensible. Now that Lana has been scrapped from the match, it makes sense why WWE never booked a tag team tables match.

This thereby begs the main question here: Who will replace Lana? Could it be Kairi Sane for a Kabuki Warriors reunion? Could it be Naomi for an in-ring return? Or could Lana limp her way back to the match after being sidelined with the injury? No, it will be Charlotte Flair. On the June 22, 2020, episode of WWE Raw, Jax injured Charlotte’s arm after her grueling title match with Asuka. Charlotte will return to get revenge against Jax for taking her out of commission.
