Bianca Belair will be featured in the next WWE Chronicle documentary
WWE’s recurring documentary series will next focus its next chapter on Bianca Belair, who has become one of the company’s breakout stars.
“The EST of WWE” Bianca Belair will now need to add “latEST” to her ever-growing list of adjectives, as the SmackDown star will be the central focus of the next episode of WWE’s Chronicle documentary series, the company officially announced via Twitter. The documentary was also mentioned on the Jan. 15 episode of SmackDown during Bayley’s “Ding Dong Hello” talk show segment. The episode is scheduled to air this Sunday on the WWE Network.
The tweet didn’t elaborate on what the episode would specifically cover from Belair’s young WWE career, but it wouldn’t be surprising if the show centered around the former All-American’s first year on the main roster.
Belair moved up to the main roster at WrestleMania 36 last April, where she helped The Street Profits fend off a post-match attack from Angel Garza, Austin Theory, and Zelina Vega following the Profits’ win over Garza and Theory, signifying her place on the Raw roster in the process.

She was used seldom on Raw thereafter, save for a few tag team matches, as she mostly worked on Main Event — but still stood out thanks to her rapidly improving in-ring skills and natural charisma — before getting drafted to SmackDown during the October WWE Draft.
Since moving to the Friday night show, Belair has mainly feuded with former SmackDown Women’s Champion Bayley — who has also been featured on Chronicle. The two have faced one another in one singles match, which ended with Bayley scoring the win. Bayley and Belair will take part in an obstacle course challenge — playing off of Belair’s past as a collegiate athlete — this Friday on SmackDown to keep that program going.
With this Chronicle, Belair now joins the likes of Kevin Owens, Lana, John Morrison, and Jeff Hardy as roster members that the show has spotlighted. Produced in-house, the show featured wrestlers speaking out of character about a specific moment in their WWE careers, usually a big title match, and what led them to that point.
It will be interesting to see what this episode highlights as it pertains to Belair.
