WWE SmackDown Predictions: Bianca Belair Will Select Sasha Banks

2.) Women’s Elimination Chamber Qualifications [Free-For-All]
Now that the WWE is on the road to Elimination Chamber, there must be some qualification matches for the Women’s Elimination Chamber on this episode of WWE SmackDown. Since Belair won the Rumble and will likely select the SmackDown Women’s Champion as her WrestleMania opponent, the Women’s Elimination Chamber match needs to be for the SmackDown Women’s Championship in order to determine her true WrestleMania opponent for that championship.
Since Liv Morgan and Ruby Riott are busy with the Women’s Tag Team Titles, they won’t be in pursuit of the SmackDown Women’s Title. Instead, Sasha Banks, Carmella, Rhea Ripley, Bayley, Natalya, and Tamina are the six foreseeable candidates for the Elimination Chamber Match. Banks should retain in the Elimination Chamber to keep her dream match with Belair alive for Mania. Meanwhile, Ripley and Bayley could set up a fresh feud for Mania.
Prediction: Sasha Banks, Carmella, Rhea Ripley, Bayley, Natalya, Tamina
1.) Men’s Elimination Chamber Qualifications [Free-For-All]
Now that the WWE is on the road to Elimination Chamber, there must be some qualification matches for the Men’s Elimination Chamber on this episode of WWE SmackDown. Since Edge won the Rumble and will likely select the Universal Champion as his WrestleMania opponent, the Men’s Elimination Chamber Match needs to be for the Universal Championship in order to determine Edge’s true WrestleMania opponent for that championship.
Roman Reigns, Seth Rollins, Daniel Bryan, Otis, Cesaro, and Shinsuke Nakamura are the six foreseeable candidates for the Elimination Chamber Match. They have all staked their claims for the Reigns’ Universal Championship in one way or another. Bryan, Cesaro, Nakamura, and former Mr. MITB Otis all had beef with Reigns in the past few months while Rollins has enough Shield history with Reigns to tease another clash.
Prediction: Roman Reigns, Seth Rollins, Daniel Bryan, Otis, Cesaro, Shinsuke Nakamura
Special Angle: Will Bianca Belair Select Sasha Banks?
Since Roman Reigns and Sasha Banks were the superior champions to Drew McIntyre and Asuka respectively at Survivor Series, they should be the most desirable champions for the Rumble winners on the road to WrestleMania this year. Henceforth, it makes sense for Edge to select Roman Reigns and for Belair to select Banks. As for the latter, it is not only the most popular decision but also a match that would undoubtedly do wonders for Belair’s career.
If Belair defeats Banks at WrestleMania, she would cement her legacy and fully prove why no one can spell WrestleMania without ‘EST.’ On the other hand, Sasha Banks has never won a big match at WrestleMania, so retaining her championship on such a grand stage would be a great way to solidify her title reign. The sky is the limit for these two superstars, and WrestleMania is where they can assure that their star-power shines through. Stay tuned.
