4.) Shayna Baszler & Nia Jax vs. Natalya & Tamina [Tag Match]

On last week’s WWE SmackDown, Natalya and Tamina defeated The Riott Squad thanks to another distraction from Billie Kay. This victory has given them sufficient momentum for a potential tag team title opportunity. Shayna Baszler and Nia Jax will very likely migrate to SmackDown to battle Natalya and Tamina in a non-title tag match. If Natalya and Tamina win that match, they would definitely get a shot at tag team gold and regain the respect they desire.

However, Baszler and Jax cannot take any losses en route to their scheduled tag team championship match with Dakota Kai and Raquel Gonzalez on next week’s NXT episode. This match will merely be a momentum builder for Baszler and Jax. In order to maintain the babyface-heel dynamics of this match, the WWE might include The Riott Squad for a Triple Threat match. Whether it’s a Triple Threat tag match or a classic tag match, the result will remain the same.

Prediction: Shayna Baszler & Nia Jax

3.) Big E (c) vs. Apollo Crews vs. Shinsuke Nakamura [Intercontinental Championship]

On last week’s WWE SmackDown, Apollo Crews ‘injured’ Big E with the steel steps in what was a pivotal heel turn for his career. Crews has hinted at a heel turn for weeks, and on the Feb. 19 SmackDown, he showed his true colors. It would make sense for Big E to remain off TV for a few weeks. However, that would be too logical for the WWE to pull off. Expect this Triple Threat Intercontinental Championship match to be booked as a method of stretching the feud between E and Crews.

Big E will retain the Intercontinental Title in this Triple Threat match in a similar manner to how he retained the title against Crews and Sami Zayn on the February 5, 2021 episode of WWE SmackDown. He will pin Crews again, and Crews will make the excuse that it was not a one-on-one title match. Crews’ constant excuses will inevitably lead to his one-on-one title match with E at Fastlane because it is doubtful that this feud will get stretched all the way to Mania.

Once E finishes his feud with Crews, he should be careful about the potential WrestleMania title match that he has been teasing recently because Mr. ‘One More Match,’ Christian, will have even more excuses than Crews. Maybe this was a foreshadowing all along, and Big E’s patience and tolerance of Crews’ persistent title shot requests could prepare him for Christian at WrestleMania in what would be an IC Title match that is seven years in the making.

Prediction: Big E
