WWE Raw Predictions: Drew McIntyre Will Screw Bobby Lashley

On this week’s episode of WWE Raw, there is one scheduled segment and one scheduled match. Drew McIntyre will address his WWE Championship loss at Elimination Chamber, and The Miz is conveniently scheduled to defend his WWE Championship match against Bobby Lashley in the main event of this episode. Will Bobby Lashley make history on the road to WrestleMania or will a screwy finish set up a triple threat title match at Peacock’s premiere of WWE FastLane 2021?

With that being said, it’s now time to preview and predict the matches and segments that will occur on this week’s episode of WWE Raw.

WWE Raw is scheduled to take place on March 1, 2021, at 8 p.m. ET/5 p.m. PT live on the USA Network. Here are some predictions for this week’s show.

5.) Riddle (c) vs. Elias [U.S. Championship Open Challenge]

On last week’s WWE Raw, Riddle defeated John Morrison, who was one of the four superstars vying for an opportunity at the United States Championship in the Elimination Chamber Kickoff Show. John Morrison, Ricochet, Mustafa Ali, and Elias were those four superstars. Since John Morrison is reportedly injured, it is expected that Riddle will battle someone else from one of these four superstars. Elias would make sense as his next opponent.

Ali is still in a feud with The New Day and is on the verge of breaking up RETRIBUTION. Meanwhile, Ricochet has been battling and losing to AJ Styles for the past few weeks. By process of elimination, Elias has nothing else to do and he can just lose to Riddle to maintain the momentum of the new United States Champion. Once Riddle defeats all four of these superstars in the build up to FastLane, his ultimate opponent would have to be Keith Lee.

The original match scheduled for Elimination Chamber was: Bobby Lashley (c) vs. Riddle vs. Keith Lee. Keith Lee earned his title shot after defeating Riddle on the February 8, 2021 episode of WWE Raw. The aforementioned four superstars battled in a Fatal Four Way to determine who would replace Keith Lee after Lashley ‘injured’ him. The story is there for Lee to get his title shot and be the one to dethrone Riddle on the road to WrestleMania 37.
