WWE SmackDown Predictions: Daniel Bryan Will Embrace The Cage

2.) Bianca Belair vs. Reginald [Inter-Gender Match]

On last week’s WWE SmackDown, Bianca Belair, the 2021 Royal Rumble Winner, finally made her decision that she will battle Sasha Banks for the SmackDown Women’s Championship in the main event of WrestleMania 37. However, her decision was briefly interrupted by Reginald, who tried to make Belair doubt her capability to defeat Banks. Belair has already made it clear that she will not tolerate nonsense from Carmella and her sommelier, Reginald.

Belair has already garnered interest in a match with Reginald after whooping him with her hair, and she will defeat Reginald to shut him up for good and assure that he becomes a believer in her capability to defeat Banks. Belair and Carmella will very likely battle before WrestleMania. They have history from Survivor Series, and it would be neat to capitalize on that history. Fastlane 2021 would be a perfect place for that match and a key momentum builder for Belair.

1.) Daniel Bryan vs. Jey Uso [Universal Title #1C Steel Cage Match]

Daniel Bryan won’t escape the cage. He will embrace the cage. He’s already great at winning chamber matches. There shouldn’t be a problem in winning cage matches, right? Well, Bryan should be cognizant of Kevin Owens’ luck against Roman Reigns in the Universal Championship Steel Cage match on the December 25, 2020 episode of SmackDown. In that match, Jey Uso handcuffed Owens to help Reigns win the match and retain the title.

Roman Reigns and Jey Uso could easily pull that trick out of their hats again. However, it is expected that Bryan has studied up on his footage and has already figured out a strategy to defy any nefarious finishes that The Bloodline plans to execute. Bryan needs to battle Reigns for the Universal Championship in a FastLane 2015 rematch and tease the idea of rewriting history on the road to WrestleMania. Yes or No? Stay tuned.
