There will be one more potential match added from NXT’s go-home show next week: Bronson Reed (c) vs. Santos Escobar for the NXT North American Championship.

With that being said, it’s now time to preview and predict the matches and storylines that will occur at WWE NXT Takeover In Your House 2021.

WWE NXT Takeover In Your House 2021 is scheduled to take place on June 13, 2021, live on the WWE Network via Peacock. Here are some foolproof predictions.

Mercedes Martinez vs. Xia Li (w/Tian Sha) [Grudge Match]

WWE NXT booked this match as a throwaway feud to build up Xia Li as a future contender for the NXT Women’s Championship. She has been rumored for a big push and her recent winning streak on NXT substantiates that. Henceforth, it makes sense for her to go over here, especially over a veteran like Mercedes Martinez, whom she can learn from before entering the title scene. She won’t dethrone Raquel Gonzalez. However, she has come a long way on WWE NXT with this new gimmick and could win the Women’s Tag Titles with Tian Sha as a consolation prize down the line.

Foolproof Prediction: Xia Li
