Since becoming a mainstay at the top of WWE’s respective women’s divisions, Bayley has wrestled a variety of opponents.

Fans have seen her take on the likes of Bianca Belair, Sasha Banks, Charlotte Flair, Alexa Bliss, Nikki Cross, Nia Jax, and Shayna Baszler over the years. With a list that impressive and robust — along with holding almost every women’s championship in the promotion — it’s fair to wonder what’s left for “The Role Model”.

As you’re about to read, it’s clearly something that’s been on Bayley’s mind, too.

Bayley names a few of her dream opponents.

Speaking with Metro’s Alistair McGeorge, the former Raw, SmackDown, and NXT Women’s Champion rattled off some names that she would love to face in the future, including former NWA World Women’s Champion Serena Deeb (h/t to Fightful’s Jeremy Labert for the transcription):

"“I have so much respect and some history with Serena Deeb. I would love, love, love to be able to have a match with her one day. She helped me so much in my early career to get to SHIMMER. That would be so awesome.”"

Bayley also shouted out some names from Raw and NXT:

"“In NXT, I’ve always wanted to work with Candice. I’ve only ever been able to team with her. So, I would love to have a match with Candice LeRae and Dakota Kai. Kay Lee Ray from NXT UK, Meiko [Satomura] who’s the new NXT UK Women’s Champion. Even Rhea, having Rhea on Raw is pretty awesome so I would love to have a match with her. There’s a lot of people I wanna be able to have these matches with. There’s only so little time,’ she pointed out. It seems like our roster is a little shorter right now, but there’s still so many girls that could have these dream matches. Hopefully some time down the line!”"

Next. Serena Deeb is a valuable veteran for the AEW roster. dark

Right now, Bayley is currently sidelined due to an injury she suffered prior to her scheduled SmackDown Women’s Championship I Quit match against Bianca Belair. She is expected to miss approximately nine months.
