WWE Raw Women’s Division Following The WWE Draft
1.) Charlotte Flair (c)
2.) Alexa Bliss
3.) Sasha Banks
4.) Bianca Belair
5.) Shayna Baszler
6.) Liv Morgan
7.) Carmella & Zelina Vega
8.) Rhea Ripley & Nikki ASH
9.) Natalya & Tamina
10.) Shotzi & Noz
11.) Eva Marie
12.) Dana Brooke
Whether Charlotte Flair or Alexa Bliss wins the Raw Women’s Title match at WWE Extreme Rules 2021, it is foreseeable that they will both remain on WWE Raw. Once Bianca Belair loses her SmackDown Women’s Title rematch against Becky Lynch at that PPV, it would make sense for WWE to send her to Raw to regain her momentum as one of the top babyfaces.
Liv Morgan is another rising star who could become a top babyface in this division. When she lost to Charlotte in 2017, she conveyed that she would ‘be real.’ Ever since then, Morgan has shown a more charismatic side to her character. She has proven to be over with the fans, especially at WWE MITB 2021 this year, but her momentum has not translated to a title opportunity.
As for the women’s tag division, it is probably best to keep all of the tag teams on one brand since there are only four teams anyways. The two babyface teams would be Rhea Ripley & Nikki ASH and Shotzi & Nox while the two heel teams would be Natalya & Tamina and Carmella & Zelina Vega. The main roster tag division will continue to suffer unless it is merged with NXT’s.
WWE SmackDown Women’s Division Following The WWE Draft
1.) Becky Lynch (c)
2.) Toni Storm
3.) Sonya Deville
4.) Naomi
5.) Io Shirai
6.) Asuka
7.) Nia Jax
8.) DouDrop
Assuming Becky Lynch retains the SmackDown Women’s Title against Bianca Belair at WWE Extreme Rules 2021, she will run this division all the way to WrestleMania season. Becky can have fresh matchups with babyfaces like Toni Storm, Naomi, and DouDrop for the title. She can even revisit her feud with Asuka, especially she relinquished the Raw Women’s Title to her last year.
The fans have been awaiting Sonya Deville’s return to the ring. It seems that her recent backstage segments with Naomi have been hinting at her in-ring return. Meanwhile, Nia Jax has never been on the blue brand, so this would be a breath of fresh air for her career. Her facebreaker storyline with Becky could even come in handy, especially since they have never battled one on one before.
There are many gateways and possibilities for the SmackDown Women’s Division. There is no reason for SmackDown to go a week without a women’s match on the card. This division also needs at least one non-title women’s feud outside the title picture that can be momentum boosters for future title contenders. Liv Morgan vs. Carmella is a good example of that right now.
