WWE NXT Halloween Havoc: Tommaso Ciampa retains in main event; other titles change hands
WWE NXT Halloween Havoc was the name of Wednesday’s edition of the show. Several titles were on the line and other big matches were held throughout the night. Plus, everyone’s favorite murderous doll, Chucky, was on hand to help with the ceremonies.
The night started with the women’s tag team championship on the line in a “Scareway to Hell” Ladder Match. Gigi Dolin and Jacy Jayne of Toxic Attraction took on the champions, Zoey Stark, and Io Shirai, with the third team in play, Indi Hartwell, and Persia Pirotta.
Everyone goes at it right when the bell rings. The champions are standing tall at the start of the match while all the others are tossed out to the floor. Shirai goes after the ladder first and drags it into the ring while Stark holds everyone off. Dolin and Jayne interfere, getting control of the ladder and sending the champions to the floor.

Still, she is able to counter another double team attack and send them into the ladder with a DDT.

Dolin sends Pirotta to the floor and climbs up herself. Stark makes the stop thigs time, sending Dolin to the ground.
The high spots are coming fast and hard. Stark goes for the 450 Splash but doesn’t land clean. Hartwell lands a spinebuster on Stark on the top of the ladder. Shirai is sent crashing from the top of the ladder into the announce table and a ladder on the floor. Hartwell is on the top of the ladder but Dolin makes her way up as well. She sends Hartwell off once again and grabs the titles to pick up the victory.
