WWE has a loaded roster but continues to miss out on leveraging the whole group. 

The Merriam-Webster definition of underutilized is described as utilizing someone or something less than fully or below the potential use. In the case of this article, that means the underutilization of WWE’s talent on the main roster.

While WWE has many talented superstars on their roster, 2021 saw a number of wrestlers not utilized to their fullest potential.

Of course, this isn’t to say that the underutilization of talent in 2021 is some new phenomenon that no one’s ever heard of until now.

Perhaps, it’s happened to you at one point or another. This sort of thing occurs in almost all walks of life, after all.

It’s been that way since the beginning of time and it will probably never change.

All that said, this piece serves as the culmination of WWE’s missed opportunities with a select number of superstars this year. It’s a showcase/presentation of 5 overlooked wrestlers who were given little when they deserved so much more.
