Cedric Alexander

A year ago during this time, Cedric Alexander was riding high as one-half of the WWE Raw Tag Team Champions alongside his partner Shelton Benjamin. During that time, they were a part of arguably the best wrestling stable in 2020; The Hurt Business.

Then, on March 29, 2021, it all slowly started to go downhill. Benjamin and Alexander were defeated in a 2 on 1 handicap match involving Drew McIntyre.

The loss meant that the duo would be barred from the ringside area when McIntyre faced Bobby Lashley for the WWE Championship at WrestleMania 37.

Consequently, Lashley attacked the two of them and kicked them out of the group. Benjamin and Alexander soon disbanded and briefly feuded with each other. When that went nowhere… they randomly got back together and reformed The Hurt Business.

Alexander & Benjamin are currently still an official stable on the Raw brand, but not much else can be said about the tag team at the moment.
