WWE Hell in a Cell 2022 Predictions: Becky Lynch Will Unfortunately Replace Asuka
By Mark Justice
WWE Hell in a Cell 2022! This PPV is about two weeks away. Although there are plenty of contrived storylines that might be built for this event, there are some potential show-stealing matches on this card that could be thrilling to watch. The following will provide full, updated match card predictions for the potential match card based on the current feuds in WWE. WWE has already officially announced Cody Rhodes vs. Seth Rollins inside HIAC and Bianca Belair (c) vs. Asuka for the Raw Women’s Championship at this premium live event.
Without further ado, It’s now time to preview and predict the one of the most hardcore PPVs on WWE’s calendar: WWE Hell in a Cell 2022.
WWE Hell in a Cell 2022 is scheduled to take place on June 5, 2022, live on WWE Network via Peacock. Here are the full, updated match card predictions.
RKBro (c) vs. Usos (c) [Undisputed Tag Team Championships: HIAC]
Usos will retain the SmackDown Tag Team Championships and become the new Raw Tag Team Champions by defeating RKBro to finally merge the tag team divisions.
This victory will solidify the Bloodline as the best faction in the WWE. This match was originally scheduled for WrestleMania Backlash, but WWE scrapped it and replaced it with the six-man tag match, which was apparently always the original plan. The unification match is now scheduled for this week’s SmackDown, but that match will likely result in a disqualification since Roman Reigns will want his revenge for Riddle’s running knee to his face last week. As soon as RKBro are on the verge of victory, Reigns will attack Riddle and set up a rematch between the teams at HIAC.
Once Usos run through RKBro at this premium live event and Orton turns heel on Riddle, Usos will have Bullet Club to worry about on the road to SummerSlam.
Prediction: Usos
Bullet Club vs. Judgment Day [Faction War]
At WWE HIAC 2022, AJ Styles, Finn Balor, and Liv Morgan will defeat Edge, Damian Priest, and Rhea Ripley. It can be argued that Edge, Damian Priest, and Ripley should win to solidify their faction, but Edge will likely be written off soon since he has a limited number of matches per year. As for Styles and Balor, they have the potential to be a compelling tag team in the Raw Tag Team Division due to their history in the Bullet Club. Henceforth, a victory here would set them up for a tag title opportunity against either RKBro or the Usos at WWE SummerSlam 2022.
Prediction: Bullet Club
