Winning the Women’s Money in the Bank briefcase is the push that Shayna Baszler needs.
The women’s Money in the Bank briefcase has proved to be very important over the past half a decade with multiple winners, such as Liv Morgan and Alexa Bliss cashing in the very same night they won it.
Unlike the men’s briefcase, so far the women’s briefcase has had a 100% chance of winning a world title when cashing it in, making it necessary to pick the correct winner for the briefcase.
Shayna Baszler has been trapped at the bottom of the WWE card for far too long, and making her Ms. Money in the Bank would be a great refresher for her character. “The Queen of Spades” has proved to be one of the most technically gifted and violent women’s wrestlers within WWE, but has yet to have a character catch on.
Giving Baszler a manager to be a talking piece would be a move that immediately makes her a force to be reckoned with. Then getting the briefcase on top of that would make her one of the most terrifying superstars in all of WWE. Baszler has been stuck in a tag team with Ronda Rousey for the past couple of months and now with Ronda not around on weekly television, Baszler needs to go solo again.
Baszler’s last televised match was all the way back on March 3 defeating Tegan Nox in just under two minutes. There’s no reason why she couldn’t pick up where she left off dominating inferior opponents to reestablish herself as a singles-division force.
After getting the briefcase the threat of tapping out both the Raw and Smackdown women’s champion at any time, would make WWE must-watch to see when Baszler will cash in.
With Triple H now doing the booking on the main roster, he understands how to make Baszler a star better than anyone else because he did it in NXT Black and Gold giving Baszler the women’s title twice.
WWE desperately needs a terrifying women’s superstar once again that brings back unexpectedness to a division with two strong champions in Rhea Ripley and Bianca Belair, and Shayna Baszler is the perfect fit.
