WWE Raw Predictions: Becky Lynch Will Tattoo Trish Stratus

WWE Raw is continuing its road to WWE SummerSlam 2023, which already has a plethora of rumored blockbuster matches. On this week’s episode of WWE Raw, Becky Lynch will battle Zoey Stark for a shot at Trish Stratus at SummerSlam and Tomasso Ciampa will seek retribution against Bronson Reed. In terms of segments, Seth Rollins and Finn Balor will have a contract signing for their upcoming title match, Drew McIntyre and Gunther will have a final face-off, Logan Paul will respond to Ricochet’s challenge, and Cody Rhodes will respond to Brock Lesnar’s challenge.

In other news regarding WWE Raw, as predicted by yours truly, Chelsea Green and Sonya Deville won the tag team championships last week and will now be a big red target for all the babyface tag teams in the divisions whilst Liv Morgan and Raquel Rodriguez focus on bigger and better things in the world title scene with Rhea Ripley. Also, Ronda Rousey challenged Shayna Baszler to a SummerSlam match, which WWE has not made official yet. It will be interesting to see if a special stipulation, such as an MMA Fight Pit or Submission Match, get added to their feud.

The following will focus on the two scheduled matches for this episode and some possible storyline angles on the road to WWE SummerSlam 2023.

WWE Raw is scheduled to take place on July 24, 2023, live on the USA Network, and Becky Lynch will tattoo Trish Stratus en route to SummerSlam.

Becky Lynch vs. Zoey Stark [If Becky wins, she gets Trish Stratus at SummerSlam]

Becky Lynch will defeat Zoey Stark to get her rematch against Trish Stratus at SummerSlam. She already lost to Zoey Stark once and won’t lose again. This SummerSlam match with Trish Stratus is inevitable since it has been rumored for months and there’s no way WWE leaves Becky off the SummerSlam card. Also, if she loses, she would have to tattoo “Thank You, Trish” on her body. That is definitely not happening, but what could happen is Becky turning the tables and tattooing or spray painting “Thank You, Becky” on Trish Stratus’ body. Now, that’s good television.

Prediction: Becky Lynch

Tomasso Ciampa vs. Bronson Reed [Grudge Match]

Tomasso Ciampa will not get retribution against Bronson Reed just yet because Shinsuke Nakamura will find a way to interfere in this match and get payback for what Ciampa did to him when he battled Reed last week. This match will either end in a disqualification or lead to Reed pinning Ciampa due to Nakamura’s intentional distractions. Since Nakamura has a problem with both Ciampa and Reed, it is more likely he will just force a disqualification. It is now uncertain what direction this is heading, but hopefully, there’s a DIY reunion when all is said and done.
