WWE SmackDown is continuing its road to Survivor Series, which started to shape up with some blockbuster War Games matches pertaining to any ongoing SmackDown feuds, especially Team Bianca vs. Damage Control and even LWO vs. Street Business. Speaking of which, on this week’s episode of WWE SmackDown, Judgment Day (c) are scheduled to defend their undisputed tag team titles against Street Profits in what should be a high stake match up. Also, Kevin Owens is scheduled to return from his storyline suspension on The Grayson Waller Effect.
In other news regarding WWE SmackDown, the reunited Kabuki Warriors, Asuka and Kairi Sane, joined forces with Damage Control. Elsewhere in the women’s division, Becky Lynch is feuding with Xia Li, who did help Damage Control back in December 2022 and could be a suitable addition to Damage Control now that Becky Lynch is rumored to be on Team Bianca for War Games. Kevin Owens is in a punching contest with Austin Theory and Grayson Waller and got suspended last week for crossing the line on commentary. Also, Santos Escobar betrayed Rey Mysterio and LWO.
With that being said, the following will focus on the announced match for WWE SmackDown and the idea of Street Profits dethroning Judgment Day on the road to WWE Survivor Series 2023.
WWE SmackDown is scheduled to take place on November 24, 2023, live on FOX, and Street Profits will dethrone Judgment Day en route to WWE Survivor Series 2023.
Judgment Day (c) vs. Street Profits [Undisputed Tag Team Championships]
Street Profits will dethrone Judgment Day to become the new Undisputed Tag Team Champs because Mr. MITB Damian Priest is on the verge of leaving the Judgment Day and carving his own path as a future world champ. WWE needs to get the tag titles off of him before he officially breaks away from the group after their inevitable loss and fallout at Survivor Series. Street Profits also can’t lose here because they need to solidify their new faction with Bobby Lashley. The fact that this is happening right before Survivor Series is suspicious enough to suspect a title change.
Prediction: Street Profits
