Where does Andrade fit in WWE today?
Andrade is considered one of the hottest free agents in pro wrestling. Recently, he finished his run with AEW as Andrade El Idolo. With multiple companies wanting to pursue the talented Mexican star, there are so many options in which promotion Andrade would fit in. According to Wrestling Inc., the rumor is Andrade is making his way back to the WWE.
During his first run with WWE, he became NXT Champion and WWE United States Champion. If Andrade does choose to return to the company that helped him gain more notoriety than he already had, then there would be plenty of opportunities for him. For instance, Andrade can go on and win more championship gold.
The first story for Andrade if he comes back to WWE could involve him in a storyline between Santos Escobar and the lWo. Andrade can start his second run as a face where he targets someone such as Angel Garza from Los Lotharios. The last time Andrade was in a WWE ring falls back to nearly three years ago when his last match was a loss to Garza. Following that story, he can have a mini program with Escobar.
A small feud between Andrade and Escobar can help build momentum to be the credible heel Escobar truly is. Eventually, Andrade can go back to his heel persona by slowly pulling his then-manager, Zelina Vega, away from the lWo as that group slowly falls apart. Maybe with Andade's egotistical and aggressive persona, he could go back to his previous name in WWE, Andrade "Cien" Almas. Besides Santos Escobar, Andrade can have great programs with other stars such as Kevin Owens, LA Knight, Randy Orton, AJ Styles, and so forth.
